I have been wanting to shoot at this location for a long time, but it's a little bit past the far East end of 30A Florida, so I put together this styled shoot with Elise + she pulled off everything I had envisioned + more! I could not be more grateful that she not only agreed to do the session, but was so incredibly enthusiastic for every step of the planning process + really let me help narrow down her outfit choices - which included the two most beautiful + colorful dress from Free People + a fun swim look! Free People really does have the BEST options for photo session dresses out there. The material of their clothing photographs so well + has such great movement. Everything looked stunning in front of the palms at this dynamic location right off the beach. Although it was quite cloudy the evening of our session, it was such a peaceful sunset + I really loved playing with the contrast while editing this session, rather than bringing up all of the shadows like I do for a lot of my editing, I worked with the lighting I had rather than trying to heavily alter it in post. The shaded areas in this unique location will be great for summer sessions that are a little earlier into golden hour. We had a lot of variety of backdrop to play with here + I really look forward to taking future clients to this spot if they're up for just a 5 minute drive past Rosemary Beach. I'd say it's 100% worth it!
